Marketing.com - Building the Future of TCMA

Marketing.com

After years in Through Channel Marketing Automation (TCMA), I had the opportunity to take everything I'd learned and build my own platform from the ground up. At Marketing.com, I envisioned, designed, and architected DOT—a multi-tenant, serverless, microservices solution that seamlessly integrated customer interactions across the company's diverse network. By streamlining infrastructure and automating deployment, we dramatically reduced costs and cut customer onboarding time from months to minutes. Leading DOT's product vision, strategy, and go-to-market was a defining moment in my journey, proving how automation and scalability could transform TCMA.

Reelz Channel - Building Digital for TV

Reelz Channel

Reelz Channel was my second startup adventure, where I joined as the eighth employee and took on the challenge of shaping its digital presence. As Product Manager for web, CRM, and mobile apps, I led the launch of Reelz Now—one of the first network streaming apps—making Reelz content available on iOS, Android, Amazon, and Roku. It was an exciting time to be at the intersection of television and digital, pushing the boundaries of how audiences engaged with cable programming in a rapidly evolving media landscape.

[Founder] NewsCastic - Reinventing Local Journalism

NewsCastic

NewsCastic was the first startup I founded, built on the idea that local journalism needed a new model. Backed by venture funding and selected from over 10,000 applicants for Dreamit Ventures, we created a story assignment marketplace where businesses and media outlets could request stories, and qualified journalists could pick them up as paid assignments. As the product lead, I launched our web and iOS platforms in 12 cities across the U.S., growing our social media reach to over 10 million per month. Along the way, we introduced local businesses to the benefits of native advertising, helping them engage audiences through authentic, story-driven content. In 2014, Mattermark recognized NewsCastic as the fastest-growing startup in New Mexico—a testament to the impact we had on local storytelling.

Marketing Bridge - My First Startup Ride

Marketing Bridge

Marketing Bridge was my first real dive into the startup world—I joined as the sixth employee and got a front-row seat to building one of the earliest SaaS marketing companies. We developed a Through Channel Marketing Automation (TCMA) platform that helped major brands like Microsoft, Symantec, and Blue Cross Blue Shield scale their marketing efforts through their partner networks. It was an incredible learning experience in product, growth, and the challenges of early SaaS adoption—long before the cloud was the default.

Tremor.com - P&G's Influencer Marketing Platform

Procter & Gamble Tremor.com

Before Facebook, even before MySpace, I helped build Tremor.com as a new business unit within Procter & Gamble, redefining how brands connect with consumers. Designed to lower the cost and increase the effectiveness of product sampling, Tremor.com became an early pioneer in influencer marketing—tracking trends, measuring influence spread, and driving authentic brand advocacy. What started as an experiment in word-of-mouth marketing evolved into a thriving company that continues to shape the industry today.

Best Buy Entertainment - Reinventing Movies, Music & Games E-Commerce

BestBuy Entertainment

At a time when Napster and digital media distribution were disrupting the industry, I helped shape Best Buy Entertainment into a competitive force in online media. This wasn't just about selling movies, music, and games—it was about redefining how people discovered and shared content. We introduced social commerce features, including shared playlists, to create a more engaging and community-driven shopping experience. It was an early glimpse into the power of digital entertainment, laying the groundwork for how media is consumed today.
